Refund policy

At Sheen Fragrance, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Our return and exchange window remains open for 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible, the product must be unused or lightly tested, with 90% or more of the content intact, and returned in its original packaging.
All eligible returns and exchanges are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the item.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the case of an exchange, customers are responsible for shipping costs for sending the item back.
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will cover all courier charges for the return or replacement.
