Terms of Service

At Sheen Fragrance, we’re committed to offering a premium experience from your first click to your final spray. Our policies are designed to protect your satisfaction while maintaining quality service standards.

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  •  Products must be unused or lightly tested, with at least 90% of the content intact, and returned in original packaging.
  •  All valid return or exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the item
  • Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable. 
  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for courier charges when sending the item back. 
  • Orders above PKR 5,000 are only eligible for exchange, not refund. 
  • In the rare case of damage, leakage, or incorrect product, we will cover all return/replacement courier charges.
