Products must be unused, with at least 90% of content remaining, and returned in original packaging.

Return/exchange processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive the product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of return/exchange, the customer is responsible for any delivery or courier costs.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping costs for return/replacement.
